Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. For your security, we strongly recommend using tracked shipping methods. We cannot be held liable for any losses during transit. Returned items must be in the same condition as received and unused. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items we believe have been tampered with or damaged. Items must be returned in original packaging along with proof of order transaction.
